I was attracted to UCU because of its Christian moral foundation. I think that is partly why I have never heard of UCU students rioting…you study when you are peaceful, without fear of waking up one day to damaged or lost property from a student strike.
I came to UCU because they offer professional, Christian education to medical trainees: I hope to become a cardiac surgeon — a specialist in surgeries on the heart, lungs and other chest organs, as well as one who diagnoses and treats the same organs.
UCU has a well-stocked laboratory that has made it easy for me to explore more aspects of the medical field: I hope to attain the necessary professional skills that will enable me to save the lives of our people in society for therein lies my happiness.
I thank God for not only allowing me to acquire professional education here but also for giving me the opportunity to be a student leader and serve the UCU community.
